Nice find! I like the “Play to Play” tag in the video. I think that sums-up the “how” element of using social media marketing. The marketer or company representative can not be the center of their universe in social media. They have to play to play.
Thanks! Yes I love the “Play to Play” tag as well. This is a rude awakening for the old style marketers who were used to the top-down approach, they now have to engage with consumers and potential consumers to find out what they want. We have moved out of the era where businesses look for clients for their products/services and have now moved into an era of finding products/services for our clients. Thanks again for the comment:)
